Frieda has been training circus and aerials since 2018, initially training at Circus Nexus in Melbourne before moving to Castlemaine and joining Castlemaine Circus in 2023. In 2024 Frieda became a junior trainer, as well as participating in the end of year show. Frieda teaches a range of Circus and Aerials but specialises in Aerial Hammock and Silks.
