Parkour Program
Parkour Fun
Mon 9 & 16 Jan
9:30 – 11:30am: 5-7yr
11:45 – 1:45pm: 8-10yr
2:00 – 4:00pm: 11+
Get into parkour a fun way, learning foundational skills and giving it a go! These classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate levels and for those who learn best through structured play. Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy parkour.

2:00 – 4:00pm – Teens
Parkour Focus – Masterclasses for those kids/teens familiar with the foundations of parkour and ready to push their training to the next level. Classes include parkour drills, skill advancement and a training structure to learn how to take your training outside. Come to a masterclass and dedicate your time to nailing your parkour skills with our amazing coaches Flynn and Cam.

Enrol in our Summer Holiday Aerial Classes. Apparatuses include Trapeze, Silks, Aerial Hoop, Hammock and Rope. With the awesome Nichola Hall, these classes will include;
